I am Vani Meka, with over 25 years of experience spanning academics, human resource management, psychology, and educational leadership. Throughout my journey, I have worked closely with students and institutions, gaining deep insight into how meaningful learning shapes individuals and prepares them for life beyond classrooms.
I strongly believe that education must extend beyond textbooks. True learning is a blend of structured academics, thoughtful guidance, and real-world exposure—empowering students to grow with confidence, clarity, and purpose. My experience as an HR professional, supported by strong industry connections, enables us to bring seasoned experts into the classroom, ensuring students are equipped with current industry knowledge and practical skills.
With over 15 years of experience in educational operations, I have guided and counselled students to make informed choices—selecting the right courses aligned with their strengths and transitioning into suitable career paths. My international exposure further allows me to mentor students to meet and exceed global standards and expectations.

Dr. Adithya Kiran Kolloju was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with a Ph.D. in Technology, Innovation and Management from the University of Bergamo. His research focuses on academic mobility, higher education policies, research productivity, and institutional attractiveness, with extensive experience in quantitative analysis, econometric modeling, and large-scale data management. He has worked with national higher education datasets to investigate the impact of researcher mobility on academic performance and policy outcomes.
Alongside his research activities, he has contributed to teaching and academic service through teaching assistance in Corporate Finance and Business Valuation courses, student supervision, thesis guidance, examination support, and academic mentoring. His expertise includes data analytics using Stata, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and statistical modeling, enabling evidence-based insights for higher education and innovation policy research.
Prachi Bayas is a results-driven Soft Skills Trainer with almost two decades of experience in designing and delivering impactful learning programs.
With an MBA in Marketing & HR and certifications including _Train the Trainer and Certified Professional Soft Skills Trainer , Prachi brings both academic and practical insight to her sessions. Over the years, she has trained 1500+ individuals across educational institutions,corporates like Aurumdata,T&AS designtech, Lenskart,TCS, and CSR initiatives including Microsoft’s Skill4All project.
Her prior associations include Avinash Group of Institutions and Sun Educational Institutions(SIITHAM)where she led full-time training mandates on personality development, presentation skills, and campus to corporate sessions.
Her sessions are known for being interactive and outcome-focused, blending role plays, case studies, and blended learning tools to ensure concepts translate into workplace behavior.
I am Pavithra, a dedicated academic with an M.Phil. degree and have qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET). I am passionate about teaching and committed to creating an engaging, student-centered learning environment that encourages critical thinking, academic excellence, and lifelong learning.
